High Protein Fish Cake Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh white fish (cod, haddock, or pollock)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
High Protein Fish Cake Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the fish and pat it dry with a paper towel. Cut it into small pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the fish and cook until it’s fully cooked and flaky.
