High Protein Chicken Pizza Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, riced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
High Protein Chicken Pizza Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, eggs, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower mixture into a large circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
